Every product will work on every operating system;
Every product will be compatible with every hosting provider;
Every product will work with every third-party service;
Products will satisfy a buyer's particular business or technical requirements;
Products will remain compatible with future software versions.
Before purchasing, buyers should review the product description, requirements, supported technologies, screenshots, documentation, license terms and other available information.
If you upload or sell a product on CodeBin, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal right to distribute the product;
You own the product or have sufficient authorization to sell it;
The product does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights;
The product does not contain intentionally malicious code;
The product description is accurate;
You have disclosed relevant third-party dependencies and licenses;
The product complies with applicable laws.
Sellers must not upload stolen, pirated, cracked, leaked, unauthorized, counterfeit or illegally obtained software.
The following are prohibited unless expressly authorized by CodeBin and legally permitted:
Stolen source code;
Pirated software;
Cracked applications;
Malware, ransomware, spyware or destructive code;
Credential-stealing tools;
Unauthorized access tools;
Products designed primarily to facilitate illegal activity;
Copyright-infringing material;
Trademark-infringing material;
Fraudulent products or services;
Fake or misleading products;
Products containing illegally obtained personal information;
Products violating third-party licenses;
Content intended to abuse, harass or harm others.
CodeBin may remove any product that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or applicable law.
CodeBin's website, branding, logo, design, interface, text, graphics, software and platform technology may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not:
Copy CodeBin's website or platform;
Reproduce CodeBin branding;
Reverse engineer the platform;
Scrape or systematically extract platform data;
Sell or redistribute CodeBin-owned materials;
Use CodeBin trademarks without permission.
Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the buyer.

CodeBin may not directly store complete payment card information where payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Prices may be displayed in applicable currencies and may include or exclude taxes depending on the transaction and applicable law.
Users are responsible for complying with tax obligations applicable to their transactions, income or business activities.
Where required by law, CodeBin may collect, report or withhold applicable taxes.
Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, comments or feedback.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience.
Users must not:
Post fake reviews;
Manipulate ratings;
Pay or reward others for fraudulent reviews;
Threaten sellers or buyers for ratings;
Post defamatory or unlawful content;
Publish private or confidential information.
CodeBin may remove reviews that violate these Terms.
Users may upload product files, descriptions, images, reviews and other content ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights necessary for CodeBin to operate the Services.
By submitting User Content, you grant CodeBin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and process the content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Services.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
If you believe that a product or other content on CodeBin infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact CodeBin with sufficient information to identify:
The copyrighted or protected work;
The allegedly infringing material;
Your ownership or authorization;
Your contact information;
A statement that the information provided is accurate.
CodeBin may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing content while investigating the complaint.
You must not attempt to:
Gain unauthorized access to CodeBin systems;
Bypass authentication;
Attack or disrupt the platform;
Introduce malicious software;
Perform unauthorized vulnerability exploitation;
Circumvent technical restrictions;
Interfere with another user's account.
Security vulnerabilities should be responsibly reported to CodeBin rather than exploited.

Will remain available indefinitely;
Will satisfy every user's specific requirements;
Will be compatible with every third-party environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeBin and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Services.
This may include loss of:
Profits;
Revenue;
Business opportunities;
Data;
Goodwill;
Business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify CodeBin and its owners, employees, affiliates and service providers against claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your User Content;
Your products;
Your infringement of third-party rights;
Your unlawful use of the Services.
CodeBin may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of CodeBin after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India.
